Serving as the CEO of Zengary Publishing, a publishing outfit that with millions of books published for hundreds of authors (both old and new), Tunji Adeboyejo built his leadership success through the flames of hardship. Losing his father to a ghastly motor accident and thus, forfeting a luxurious life which the man’s presence was afforded him, he developed strong success muscles through the myriad challenges he had to combat afterwards. As a growing leader, he admits that his success came through various tireless hustles.

After discovering the power of books and the impact of strong leadership from some mentors around him, Tunji dedicated himself to consuming materials on leadership, taking leadership positions as the opportunities, and striving to excel as a leader in his personal and professional life. His understanding of effective leadership has helped him to serve in different leadership offices, both nationally and internationally.

Once he realised the impact of leadership on every system, Tunji committed himself to inspiring young african leaders to achieve more, discover the power of goal-setting, activating productivity, and much more, to build a life of impact both for themselves and for others. He is the presently the CEO of Zengary Publishing and also the Head Coach at Young Leaders Academy. He is based in the UK, with his wife and three beautiful daughters.
